The brief, in one line: digitise HMI’s manual LCA process into a secure, scalable, auditable platform , preserving the existing methodology, classification, and allocation logic , that collects PCF data across 300 Tier 1 and 200 Tier 2 suppliers (roughly one part per vendor per year to start), calculates automatically, and produces disclosure-ready reporting. That’s exactly the shape of Carbon-OS.
The problem we’re solving for

HMI’s PCF process today runs on manual, fragmented workflows , email, spreadsheets, and offline follow-up across tiers. The result: limited traceability, slow supplier response, and low audit-readiness, right as CSRD, CSDDD, and BRSR raise the bar.
